Real Life Viewing of the LED TV's

by Tom
(Melbourne, Australia)

In the store they have a pre-recorded disc playing very vibrant colors and crisp clear pictures.

What will these LED screens look like in real life when watching the football being played live on a Saturday, will the pictures be as vibrant, crisp and clear????

Just the same but...

Basically it will look the same. The bright vibrant colors are the result of using the 'Store Demo' setting on the TV which as noted, is there to help sell the TV in the store by enhancing the picture brightness, color saturation and contrast levels to help get your attention.

You can simply set the TV with the same store settings to get the same results but normally, the store settings will not give you the best picture in the home where the room ambient light is generally significantly less than that in the Store.

To enjoy the best picture in the home, you should set the TV for home use during the initial setup and then select the TV picture mode most suitable for your viewing - Dynamic, Standard, Natural, or Movie.
