Problems with Samsung Customer Support

My Remarks: I paid $2,400.00 for a 46 inch Series 7 Samsung LCD TV. To make it a short story well as short as possible...

It was one of the worst investments I ever made. At first it would not come on with the remote; yes I changed the batteries and double-checked everything. Store sells them but knowing how to fix a problem… FORGET IT! or pay $200.00 to check it at a TV repair.

Wrote to Samsung and after 4 letters they would get it checked out and repaired it. The repairman would not tell me what it costs but said a bunch.

One month later after repair, it went out again; it would not come on with the remote or the 'ON' button on the TV itself!

Now I cannot reach Samsung. Run around????? TWO-THOUSAND-FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,400.00 + TAX) GONE; took years to save that much!

Think twice to spend that much for a TV that would not last! Within a few weeks of running around, I received an e-mail replay from Samsung that says no one has ever had such a problem.

Hey Samsung read Google; there are hundreds with the problem and the repairman found a problem like mine. I just want my money back!

My suggestion: Buy the most extended warranty from a company that will be here within years from now. As many other Samsung buyers, I will look at the $2,400 of plastic collecting dust on the corner… SHAME, SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG!

Get the extended warranty with any TV you buy.
