Welcome to this issue of
Practical HT Guide Update
Since our last
e-zine issue, we have continued updating our Projection TV Reviews section
with additional product reviews covering a number of Panasonic and Samsung
rear projection HDTVs.
Further more, in
view that one of the reviewed products is a 1080p HDTV, we have also
complemented this series of product reviews with a short article on
1080p HDTV; in the process, this article tries to explain also the main
differences between the three HDTV formats, namely 720p, 1080i, and 1080p,
while pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of each.
So what's new since last issue?
