An optional lens adaptors allow the throw distance of the projector to be changed to accommodate situations where shorter or longer throw distances are required than that supported via the supplied standard lens. A true SVGA (800 x 600) LCD Sony projector of exception quality, designed to deliver brighter, sharper, and more eye-pleasing images. The VPL-CS6 is one of the the latest additions to a Sony family of high-quality portable projectors - compact, lightweight, yet capable of delivering 1800 ANSI lumens of image brightness.

This Sony projector uses Sony's original Virtual Light system with an all-new super high aperture liquid crystal panel and a newly developed ultra-bright lamp, to achieve a superb level of brightness in such a compact and lightweight (6 pounds) design. It also has a built-in scan converter, so it can accept composite-video, component-video, or RGB video input signals. It also accepts PC signals up to XGA resolution.
