Sony Projector systems for Business and Home Theater Use: The Sony VPL-PX11 LCD Video Projector, and the VPL-CS6 Projector.

Sony VPL-PX11 LCD Video Projector

An extremely capable XGA Home theater projector from Sony.

The VPL-PX11 Sony projector weighs just 11.3 pounds, outputs 2,000 ANSI lumens, and projects images as large as 300 inches.

An optional lens adaptors allow the throw distance of the projector to be changed to accommodate situations where shorter or longer throw distances are required than that supported via the supplied standard lens.

In addition, for the output brightness level provided by this unit, this  Sony projector is extremely quiet, outputting just 34dB, ensuring that it wouldn't be of any distraction during those quite instances of your movie show or business presentation.

  • FreezE: The Freeze function displays a freeze-frame while preparing or switching to the next image. This can be controlled via the supplied remote control unit.
  • APA (Auto Pixel Alignment): With APA, single-button "press and play" operation correctly size and adjusts the display for optimum picture performance.

Sony VPL-CS6 Projector

A true SVGA (800 x 600) LCD Sony projector of exception quality, designed to deliver brighter, sharper, and more eye-pleasing images.

 The VPL-CS6 is one of the the latest additions to a Sony family of high-quality portable projectors - compact, lightweight, yet capable of delivering 1800 ANSI lumens of image brightness.

This Sony projector uses Sony's original Virtual Light system with an all-new super high aperture liquid crystal panel and a newly developed ultra-bright lamp, to achieve a superb level of brightness in such a compact and lightweight (6 pounds) design.

The VPL-CS6 has a built-in scan converter, so it can accept composite-video, component-video, or RGB video input signals. It also accepts PC signals up to XGA resolution.

Other features include an onscreen display in thirteen languages, the ability to alter screen position and screen color to suit your preference, 4x digital zoom, freeze, picture muting, and intelligent auto setup. Included as standard is a short throw lens to enable full size projections over a shorter projector to screen distance set-up.

The Sony VPL-CS6 Projector represents an affordable choice without sacrificing features and the expected Sony quality.
